Practice Overview

Our Patent Practice offers comprehensive patent counseling, prosecution and portfolios management as well as enforcement services through our experienced patent attorneys and patent engineers among which some are former examiners of the Chinese patent office who know the Chinese patent practice very well. Each year, we helped our domestic and foreign clients from more than 100 countries and regions to prosecute several hundreds of patent (inventions and utility models) and design applications in China, Hong Kong and worldwide through our associated local patent agencies. Our patent practices are mainly divided into three groups, i.e. the Mechanical Group, the Electronics and Electricity Group; the Chemistry, Biology and Pharmaceutics Group which covers all technologies in their respective practice areas.
